This policy explains how BLUE-BOOST, S.L. (“Latency”, “we”) processes personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing the Latency platform, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Identification and professional contact details you provide (name, business email, phone number, company and job title). We use them to respond to your request, arrange access to the platform, and provide the information you have asked for. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Where you are an existing or prospective business contact, we may send you information about Latency products and features. You can opt out at any time using the link in each message or by writing to us. Legal basis: consent, or our legitimate interest in promoting services to business contacts (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
Account data, authentication data, and records of the searches, reports and exports carried out by users of the platform. We use them to provide and secure the service, support users, and improve the product. Legal basis: performance of the contract with the customer and our legitimate interest in the security and improvement of the service.
Latency aggregates company information obtained from public and official sources — commercial registries, official gazettes, filed financial accounts, corporate websites, professional networks and press — including, where relevant, the professional contact details of directors and decision-makers. These data are processed exclusively in a professional context, for the purpose of business and market intelligence. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), after weighing it against the rights of the individuals concerned. Data subjects may object to this processing as described in section 6.
Technical data such as IP address, device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in section 8.
Access request data are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active and, once concluded, for the limitation periods applicable to any resulting liability. Platform account data are kept for the duration of the contract and, thereafter, blocked for the periods required by law. Business information in the platform is kept for as long as it remains relevant for market intelligence purposes and is updated against its sources.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be accessed by service providers acting on our instructions as processors — cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, CRM and support tools, analytics providers — bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required.
You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge, by writing to legal@latencydata.com, stating your request and attaching a document proving your identity:
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access control on a need-to-know basis, logging, backups and periodic review of our providers. No system is entirely immune to incident; where one occurs and it is legally required, we notify the competent authority and the affected data subjects.
This website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only installed with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings, bearing in mind that this may affect the operation of parts of the site.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The version published on this website is the one in force. Where a change is material, we will inform affected users.
